Synopsis

THE EVIL CONNECTION! The Dronndarians, aliens from another dimension, must transfer a huge build-up of excess energies from their world to Earth in order for their planet to survive, and do so by using a portion of those energies to give Earth's criminals temporary super-powers.  When they attempt to enlist their home dimension, but the aliens immediately launch a new plan, by allying themselves with Green Lantern's foes, the Weaponers of Qward.  En route to return Two-Face to the Arkham Asylum, Green Lantern is attacked by a Destroyer from Qward, Batman's enemy, Two-Face, in their scheme, a flip of his scarred two-headed coin (which he uses to decide whether he will act for good or evil) induces him to betray the aliens' plans to the Justice League.  Together, the JLA and Two-Face defeat the super-powered criminals, and send the Dronndarians back to their dimension.
